Lewisville State Park

My sister Kristi and her two sons, Gavin and Ronin Rudolph, came up to visit us this weekend.  We had perfect, HOT weather!  It was wonderful.  Kristi and I had a date night, caught a movie and grabbed some dinner.  Did some yard work, pulled weeds, and had the kids run through the sprinkler.  But some of the most fun we had was taking the kids to Lewisville State Park Sunday afternoon after church.

 Pirates
Kristi and her son Ronin...yes Bryan, those are your shorts! :)
 Playing by the water
 Ashley striking a pose!
 Making soup....
 lounging in the shade
 going after snacks!!!

Kristi and I tried to take a picture of ourselves about.....16 times before we actually got one with both of our faces in it!  So here you go!  Enjoy
This is the only picture we got of Daniel.....After playing in the water for a while, and playing catch with me, he joined another family at a near by field for a baseball game!  This boy was so happy to be out playing in the sunshine...and playing his favorite game too...BASEBALL!!!

Bryan's Deployment

They all boarded the plane in the background.  Sunday, April 15th.  We're all squinting cause the sun was in our faces!
Bryan has boarded the plane and we're waving goodbye
We were the only family left waiting to see them take off....however, after about 45 minutes of waiting, we finally took off too.  Bryan left for Germany, then Bogram Afghanistan and then to his base somewhere in Afghanistan.  Bye Daddy, we'll see you in another 6 months or so!
These were given to me by my friend Lisa Henry!!!  She is soooo thoughtful!  These made my day.  She thanked me for "my" service and sacrifice, and for all that I do to support Bryan.  It was REALLY nice!  I may not be on the front lines in 'The War on Terror', but Im certainly serving on the front lines here at home! :)  Thanks again Lisa

CUBS

Daniel's team this year are called the CUBS. He's really an awesome player!!!
He is the third baseman, and relief catcher!
 Ready for his home run!
And this is what the rest of us do when we're not watching the game.  :)  Ashley was much more daring than Nathan was.

10 year anniversary Cuise to Mexico

 The comedy club

We had a new towel animal every day!

Im covering my mouth because my lips got so sunburned that they swelled up LITERALLY three times there normal large size for the last three days of our cruise!  Not fun

The entrance to the dance club--which we did go one night!  I felt awkward the whole time--too many people bumpin and grindin!
